The treatment
Weight control, food management and beginning to think seriously about your health and fitness are all part of the re-education process. Treatment is over a minimum of three sessions.
Session One
In your first session we will look at your issue, what your goals are and together we’ll work out a plan of action. Hypnotherapy for weight control is an important first step in making significant changes to help you attain the quality of life that you want, and most importantly beginning to lose weight. You’ll get a toolbox of techniques that you can use to achieve your weight loss, and to keep the weight off.
Session two
In the second session we will use a combination of hypnotherapy, ego-boosting and neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and it’s in this session that the majority of the therapy takes place. I’ll introduce you to a range of tools that will enable you to see real and meaningful benefits and allow you to change your lifestyle for the better, permanently.
Session three
The third session will review your progress and address any remaining issues. You’ll be given homework to do throughout the treatment, with the aim that by the end of the plan you’ll be well on your way to a new fitter, healthier and slimmer lifestyle.
