I can imagine this must be very worrying for the 31 year old mum to be. But it’s great to hear that she is using the power of hypnotherapy to help alleviate her aversion to food. Obviously good nutrition is essential to mother and baby during pregnancy and very often traditional remedies aren’t enough to overcome this nausea.
Fox news reported that Jessica Hay, a friend of the Duchess has spoken to Australia’s New Idea magazine about Kate’s condition and how she is coping with it. Kate’s friend said
“The hypnotherapy is taking away any negative thoughts connected with food from the morning sickness, and replacing them with cravings for healthy, nutritious food.”
I wish Kate all the best with her pregnancy and I am sure her experience of hypnotherapy will support her through a happy, healthy pregnancy.
